Very beautiful environment. The hostess was nice, helpful and attentive. We felt very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinners even better :-) The possibility of renting a bike was a perfect bonus. We would love to come back again.

Agnes welcomed me with an open arm, arranged excursions, offered transportation, provided a clear map on how to navigate the island and find amenities.

Our experience at Agnes cottage was one of a kind! It felt like we visited relatives to spend some time at their place. Agnes and Xavier know exactly how to treat their guests and make them feel like home. The apartments are fully equipped and even have a washing machine which really helped us refresh our clothes and continue our trip. The place is quiet and close to supermarkets and takeaways while the beach is a few minutes away. One of the days we stayed we had bbq and the food that Xavier and Agnes prepared was excellent fresh fish, salads, meat, all cooked to perfection! We will definitely go back!!! We miss our time there already...

“A truly lovely stay that made our time on La Digue even more special”

The accommodation had everything we needed and was the perfect size for two people. The air conditioning worked great, and the location was very central — ideal for exploring the island. The furnishings made the space feel warm and homely, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Agnes is a wonderful host with a lovely personality. She made sure we were comfortable at all times and truly went above and beyond. One evening, she organized and cooked a fantastic BBQ dinner for us, which we really enjoyed. She also arranged a beautiful sunset tour during our stay. We would absolutely stay with Agnes again on our next visit to La Digue!

The cottage is a very lovely place! We could not find a better location for our two week holiday on the Seychelles! Agnes does a great job and she succeeds in making you feel on top! She even won an award for her location and she really deserves it!!!

“Great place to stay - awesome breakfast”

Agnes is the heart of her little accomondation, consisting of four separat appartmens, all well equipment with a kitchen, washing machine, private balcony and AC. WiFi is working properly. We decided for her place primarly due to the positive rating, which we can confirm. Its well deserved. The breakfast option was the best during our trip to the Seychelles. Agnes offered a wide variety including eggs, bacon, cheese, toast, jam, joghurt, coffee/tea, juice and a huge fresh fruit platter every morning. We even got to try her homemade banana bread. We loved it! The 3 course dinner, which she offers every day except sundays, is also highly recommened.

“Best place to stay on La Digue”

We checked many places and read many reviews before booking our 3 nights stay on La Digue in order to find the best place and we can honestly say that we found it in Agnes Cottage. :-) Starting with location that is quite and close to everything. The accomodation itself is very nice, spacious, very clean and with a big terrace overlooking great garden with many palms and fruit trees. The breakfast were ones of the best we experienced so far with plenty of fresh fruits, eggs, toasts, jams, etc. We strongly recommend to enjoy also the optional dinner which was by far the best food we had during our 2-weeks stay on Seychelles (thank you Chino!). Saving the best for last it was Agnes who made our stay unforgettable. Always smiling, always taking care of us, helping us to arrange taxi, bikes, boat excursion or dinner at Belle Vue (also strongly recommended). If we will return some days to La Digue it will be only to Agnes Cottage.

“A wonderful stay at Agnes cottage feeling like home”

Agnes is a very warm and friendly person who made us feel at home during the five days we stayed there. She was very helpful in organizing the transportation for us from and to the jetty, getting rental bicycles, giving us advice, and proposing tours. We had very nice breakfasts with lots of fruits, some from Agnes' garden. We took dinner twice at the property, cooked by Agnes's husband Javier, who is an excellent cook and a very nice person, we enjoyed it a lot! The villa location is 10 minutes by bike away from the jetty and 10 minutes to Anse Source d'Argent, which is very convenient. The garden is wonderful with lots of coconut trees and fruits. The wifi connection is excellent compared to the two other locations we had during our vacation. Well-equipped kitchen and a large bed, big bathroom wilt a big shower space.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agnes Cottage. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We felt very comfortable and relaxed .Agnes is very warm person and excellent host. Highly recommended 👌

“Great 3 night stay on La Digue.”

Excellent breakfast. Welcome. Support with bike and taxi. I Gouin hiking and beaches including risks.

The breakfast provided was very tasty (especially the passion fruit jam!). Agnes also helped us with our excursions and brought breakfast to our cottage when we had to leave early. Upon arrival, we received a free room upgrade to the diamond cottage which seems very new and clean.

Agnes Cottages are perfectly equipped, with good maintenance. Everything we needed for cooking was there, the cottage is nice and the overall place is beautiful (and near to the village centre and the best beach of the island...one of the best beach of the world indeed!). Breakfast was always delicious and Agnes has been always kind, present for any need and very patient with my kids. Thank you Agnes, we hope to come back soon!!

“Lovely cottage in excellent La Digue location”

Agnes is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to prepare vegan breakfasts for us.

Agnes place was exceptional. I would go there again tomorrow if I could. Our cottage was very elegant and clean. All necessary was present and we could prepare something to having a small kitchen. Air conditioning, TV, fresh towels etc. There were 4 friendly cats coming from neighbours and welcoming every evening when we were back from the beach and that made us feeling like we were at home. We could organize the rent for the bikes directly from the cottage thanks to Agnes and the taxi for the return. Morning breakfast was delicious, a plus the garden with a lot of fruits trees. The location is 3' by bike from the main road, a bit hidden in an internal street, but local people helped us immediately to find the right place.
