“What a lovely place !”

What an absolutely stunning hotel, the staff were so welcoming and very accommodating, we was caught in a rain storm and thankfully they dried by bike clothes for me on arrival. The spa was included in the booking , we had a lovely hour in there . The atmosphere is lovely and suits the scenery. We would defy return here and maybe stay an extra day ! We asked the staff for restaurant recommendations and we was not left disappointed !

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. Spa was good. The free hot drinks and water was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection.

Hôtel was very well appointed with good facilities. Great to be able to hire ski equipment from the shop in the basement and use the hotel minibus each morning to get to the slopes.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great position with quick access on foot to the town's amenities, restaurants and ski slopes, but still very quiet despite staying during the Shrove Tuesday carnival! The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the addition of the ski storage in the shop downstairs is very helpful. Our room was a good size with plenty of shelves, a well appointed bathroom and a very comfortable large bed. The spa was a pleasant extra that we enjoyed a few times. The addition of tea & cake hour was a nice added touch, and the selection at breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly.

Location was great, staff were very knowledgable and helpful, their recommendations for restaurants were spot on! Hotel was lovely, interiors were exactly like the photos. Our room was a great size for a family of 4, very comfortable and warm. My kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed the sauna. Other guests were kind and courteous. We loved being able to hire ski equipment directly from the hotel, the hotel organised our ski passes which was amazing and the free hotel shuttle was also fab.

Excellent location. We parked the car and didn’t have to move it throughout our stay. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Great service to and from the ski slopes. Warm spaces, accommodating, resourceful, welcoming and kind staff. Great breakfast and super cosy atmosphere and room. Ski shop on location with super friendly and helpful staff. Great spa.

Everything really. Fantastic facilities and staff. We would definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and responsive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The spa was excellent for relaxing after a day of skiing. Finally, the room was even better than the pictures and had a wonderful view.
