“Poor maintenance”
Great location, once you get to it through some rough road, secure parking, great views in all directions, very spacious apartment including large kitchen, and fantastic balcony. Direct acces to the beach. The apartment was nicely decorated for the Christmas including a small X-mas tree.

“Great views from apartment. Well equipped and comfy. Building is in poor shape, needs maintance.”
The apartment itself was very nice. Amazing views all around. If you are planning to cook and use over be sure to contact the host for help. There were plenty of towels all over. The apartment was very clean. The beach is rocky, but right in front of the building. Sand is dark . You have the beach all to yourself which is great during the week.

“Wonderful view”
This is wonderful appartment with exceptional view to the Pacific Ocean. Exceptional sunrise and set. I was delighted that I did not want to leave. The appartment had everything you need. Especially dryer was useful for swimwear and towels. The communication with Ritu and Stephan was smooth and questions were answered immediately. Marcelino was extremely helpful in the lobby. I will definitely go back.

“The surroundings are nice and quiet, but the landlady is not to be recommended.”
the landlady is a fraud, she first tried to collect the deposit twice (once by bank transfer and again on the spot) and then did not return the deposit with the explanation that she was just on vacation. There was no reasonable handover and some things were defective in the apartment.
