You charge from me lot if mony without to ecplain for what ,the prices were extremly expensive,two friends if me came just ti visit for some minutes and you can see the camera and you took too much for it .extremely disappointing,no good gym ,no hot swimming pool .thanks any way, but i beed that you send me list of all the charges please .

It's always my first choice in Kyrenia. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is well-equipped, the bathroom is wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent, as always. My top priority is the wonderful staff, always ready to help, always polite, and positive. Room service is available 24/7, prices are very reasonable, and everything is delicious. HK is very willing to clean every morning. They are fast and practical. Just a message to guest relations is all it takes; they are always eager and practical to fulfill all your requests immediately. Furthermore, the reception staff are all positive and always ready to help. I'd also like to thank Hülya and Sedef, two wonderful ladies who are often hidden in the background. Don't even think twice about making a reservation. We hope to see you again. Thank you for everything.

Central location in the heart of the city. Short walk to all sightseeing places. Very disciplined and kind personel. Not polite behaviors of upper management staff.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect. All personnel was very helpful and polite. The location is very convenient for walking around the old port and town. The swimming pool area as well as the decks over the sea were very well organised. Highly recommended!

“Bad experience”

Very disappointing. It is not a 5 star hotel! Completely misleading on the website. Service was very bad, rooms, swimming pool dirty, food in the restaurant without any hygiene !
