We got great fantastic Accommodation in suite thanks a lot to Katya from guest relations ! Food and drinks in restaurant is very tasty : fresh juices, pancakes with banana and chocolate, beef tongue stew, grilles chicken wings, grilled fish and meat etc. delicious dishes, great service!! Baby club is very good , there is a climbing wall for kids which is open 2 times a day! Pony horses and we enjoyed a lot feeding them !thanks a lot for super holidays!!!

“Amazing food, can’t wait to go back”
Amazing! Staff were so lovely and helpful at reception, pool bars, dining, and spa they made the stay and made me feel so welcomed even though I was solo. The room was amazing and the welcome gifts too! I read some bad reviews about smoke and the casino but I only faintly smelt (as a non smoker) and not as bad as other places. The food was phenomenal and the amount of choices on offer and dietary notices were incredible, best I’ve found in the north Cyprus! The sand pool was amazing, and the spa is lovely had the best Bali massage! Already booking to go back and take family

“Amazing stay will definitely be returning.”
I have just returned back to the UK after a one week stay with my family of four and we couldn't have had a better experience. The attention to detail in this hotel was phenomenal. The staff were alway on hand to help. Staff in the restaurant and outdoor bars were super efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble! Best all inclusive food we have had. There was more than enough to keep my young children of 6 and 9 entertained.

Friendly staff, not all of them speak English though. But they try to help you anyway. There is a pony club and a playground for kids. The sandy pool looks nice, but rather samll. Sunbeds are very nice.

“Nice kids play area. Lots of indoor smoking, not separated from other areas (smoking area doors always open)”
Staff were kind, the food was great. What let’s this hotel down is that there is indoor smoking sections with no windows l/ ventilation and are just an open door and few steps away from the main seating area. Which means the children have to inhale smoke when eating. The restaurant is just opposite the casino too where there’s smoking and the smoke seems to get to the rest of the hotel. If you’re a family of smokers this is great but with very small children and asthma I would say this hotel is definitely not for everyone
