“Fabulous if you can get it at a good price”
Love this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Was kindly given an upgraded room as it was our wedding anniversary . All facilities not ready yet which was disappointing. Turning a blind eye to people smoking also annoyed us . Everything else was fabulous

“Worth the visit”
Nature and space for animals, really entertaining for the kids. Also, the room maid assigned to us was so so lovely and caring. 5 stars for her, too bad that I can’t recall her name.

Lovely garden with a zoo, lots of places to sit, relax, or even work with a laptop (wi-fi is good enough), and plenty of fresh food. Well, there is almost nothing to complain about...

It is a weird place, totally amazing and disgusting the same time. People come mainly for the casino, which is full of smoke, mainly with Turkish tourists. I dont play casino games, except for poker. Well, there were one or two 5/15 THNL tables, never played there. You have to stay there 3h+ if you are winning and cant run away. The beach and nature around is nice, but not considerably better than more developed places like Malta, e.g., or for Italy. I visited in February and the weather was rainy. Go there in summer, of course. The staff is ignoring you often, in particular at the bar, unless you stand up and move to the bar. Focus at this place is gambling, smoking and eating. It is an all-inclusive hotel. On the positive side, you can order one cocktail after another and I must say the alcohol is good (not cheap). Most guests, though, dont use this, as nobody is from UK. The crowd was so so. I came by car from the south part of Cyprus, where I had to pay an extra of 35 EUR, for car insurance. And there was passport check.

“Smoke ruins it”
There is so much smoking in the hotel, and unfortunately, even on multiple stays now, in different rooms and even on the non-smoking level, smoke comes into the rooms via the air ducts from the casino below. It's really unpleasant and is the reason we have decided not to stay at Merit's anymore. We love the hotels, staff and facilities, but the smoking is really horrible.

nice choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner hotel staff is friendly and arranged additional bed (chair converted) and cot for our kids facilities and territory is very good there is a rehab center for tortilles, which is interesting both for adults and kids, zoo was closed during our stay
