“Well equipped boutique hotel in a perfect location to Girne shopping.”

Breakfast had many options to choose from- hot, cold and lovely pastries and spreads. Spa was very good, I had an excellent massage from a skilled masseuse. My husband had a lovely hammam. Sauna was very hot. Gym had everything I needed. Staff were all helpful. Excellent location to shopping and beach. Free shuttle to beach club.

Location was great, they upgraded us due to visiting for a birthday, the suite was huge but was really lovely. We felt welcomed and comfortable, everyone was very friendly. The Hammam was absolutely incredible, the ladies were professional and attentive, worth every penny! We had lots of fun in the casino also.

The breakfast was very poor. No selection of juice. Very watery apple juice. Not a friendly vibe from maitre’d … not obvious selection for eggs or variety. No selection of teas on display. Waiters were attentive.

English speaking staff not available communication was a problem. Wanted an ice in our room and were told we had to pay. No free ice for drinks. Wanted cappuccino with our breakfast. Had to pay extra. It was very dull inside. Choice of hot food at breakfast, was very minimum and same every day. Even the guest relation young lady English was very limited. It was very un enjoyable stay. We requested to change our room as the first room smelt of smoking and my cough erupted. Both rooms were overlooking the breakfast room. We were expecting a city view room as stated on our booking. When we complained, nobody listened.

The room was so comfortable and clean. I liked the food as well. The presence of staff speaking English meant that communicating in Turkish was not necessary, which could have made it a bit challenging.

It was very clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. Room is very nice and nice comfy beds.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the Spa facilities were very good although the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working during our trip we ended up using the indoor which was very good but very small.

Staff is so friendly and do their best for your satisfaction.
