Nice dining room, food very tasty and lot of choice

As a frequent traveler, I have visited many places—but never one quite like Cratos. From the very first moment, I experienced an exceptionally warm and welcoming atmosphere that far exceeded my expectations. In addition to the excellent cuisine and outstanding accommodations, I would especially like to highlight the staff, who made me feel truly valued and at home throughout my stay. From Emine in housekeeping, to Dilan and Kate at the spa, and the front office team/management represented by Özlem Hanım and Yavuz Bey—each of them contributed to making this experience truly memorable. Even a perfect 10 out of 10 would not do justice to the quality of this experience. I can wholeheartedly and warmly recommend a stay at Cratos to anyone seeking something truly exceptional.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in one of the suites. The room size was good and the bed was really comfy. Decent selection of food for the inclusive buffet. The gym equipment was also good, and I had a great full body massage at the spa.

Ms. Gözde at the reception greeted us with such kindness and professionalism — she made check-in a breeze and set the tone for a great experience. And we can’t say enough about Ms. Özlem from guest relations, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. Her thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for the whole family. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety for both adults and kids. We also enjoyed the beach club and the lively entertainment, which kept every day exciting and fun. Thank you again to the entire Cratos team. You gave us beautiful memories as a family, and we can’t wait to come back!

“Vey nice and comfortable hotel with great facilities but food and drinks are lacking”

The spa, swimming pool, gym and spa facilities were great and the staff were very friendly and nice and location was perfect. We had a room upgrade thanks to Yavus.

“Excellent facilities and one of the best hotels in North Cyprus”

The hotel room, a suite was fantastic. A lovely large balcony. Breakfast and lunch experienced on the terrace. The room was very hot but Berke managed to get the fan put on which helped. There was a fantastic range of drinks in the minibar. The food at meal times was excellent with a wide range of choice. Gozde at reception was also helpful to ensure that my stay met all of the expectations.

Everything was perfect: delicious food, great staff and service, nice SPA, comfortable rooms. The outside area was under summer preparation and some works were done near the pool. But hotel does not have access to the sea now. The port area, beach area and all the beach facilities were closed and looked like construction site.
