It was the perfect size for a group of adults with spacious bedrooms. Having a toilet upstairs was convenient along with 2 bathrooms. Easy to navigate check in and check out and no stress about losing a key.

Housed a party of 6 comfortably with plenty of space. Cooking facilities clean and easy to use. Washing and drying machine is convenient and drying racks are provided to hang out your laundry. The seperate multiple toilet and bathing facilities are great, so noone is stuck waiting to shower or use the toilet. The big onsen style bathroom is impressive although we didn't get much time to experience it properly. The passcode entry was convenient as guests could come home at different times and not worry about not having a key to enter.

Great place to stay with a family and friends! Very clean, friendly neighborhood, has everything you need. Appreciated that the facility had toothbrushes and toothpaste, a lot of fresh towels, and games.

I was very satisfied with this stay, especially because there were two bathrooms and the toilet was separate from the rest. This setup is very convenient for large family trips. The location was also very quiet. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which were different from those in Western countries and felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The living room had a Nintendo Switch available to play, which was a big plus. There was also a projector in the living room, making the experience even more fun!

Host was very quick to respond to any questions, thank you! House was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. Bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped. Kyoto JR station is about 10 minutes away, lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, easy to access with pin code, and they allowed us to drop our luggage early which was a great help. There is an Aeon mall very close, with a supermarket, food court, and many other useful stores. The house is pretty spacious and comfortable for 5 people, we didn't even use the tatami room, so could have slept 1-2 more people. The host was very responsive to my questions leading up to the stay. Loved the bathroom (although some hooks for clothing outside the shower room would be helpful)!

Great location, clean comfortable house
