The hotel was AMAZING, the location, the rooms, the cleanliness, the people, the small city everything. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel. Kyoto is such a beautiful and very special place. “A small paradise in the heart of Kyoto”
Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent service, great rooms, very good food (also for vegetarians!). Massage was off the charts, and they offered great excursions that were quite exclusive (To-ji temple private tour highly recommended)
