Best hotel I have ever been to! The receptionist is so warm and welcoming, kept asking our needs and I would definitely Visit this hotel again if I come bacm to Kyoto!

“Amazing Experience”

The staff were incredible! Super friendly and sweet, the check in process was seamless. They offer so many great amenities such as a candy/snack bar, rooftop private bath, darts and billiards rooms and so much more! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, offering everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. The breakfast is served to your room in a private cubbie accessible from inside and outside so you don't even have to leave your room for breakfast. The food was incredible; filling, healthy and a delicious start to the day! It was by far one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We were weary originally of the distance to the nearest subway station but it was a very beautiful walk through gorgeous neighborhoods and well lit at night if walking back after sunset.

The room is extremely large and able to use all facilities with it.There's ceremonial tea and some entertainment.

BEST HOTEL EVER! Super clean, comfortable, staff were so lovely! Will always stay here when we're back in Japan!

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room had a Hot stone bed, spa and sauna which were an awesome addition inside the room We utilised the use of the game room which had karaoke a pool table and darts One night after a big day we use the rooftop spa which was amazing to relaxing in The staff were always ready to help us and made it an amazing experience

The room was very spacious, facilities amazing. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were lovely. The hotel was only about 15 mins away from the station and there were convenience stores only across the road.

The staff was very nice, location not perfect but not bad either. Facilities where great, had a nice massage.

The room was really spacious and clean. It had a very nice luxurious feeling. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa and sauna were an awesome addition inside the room.

Very spacious rooms. Giant bed. I misread the information here and we didn't realize that it is indeed a love hotel. But honestly it was our best stay during our trip in Japan. It's bit on the outskirts of Kyoto but fairly close to metro and train station. Jakuzzi was great too.

New, spacious room equipped with numerous non standard features like a two person jacuzzi and a massage chair. A great value for money. Complimentary breakfast.
