“Facilities and booking in process not good.”
The bed, cooked breakfast, friendly housekeeping lady (who did the breakfast, and answered our queries). The very helpful facility staff member (Stanley) who helped us when we queried why payment wasn't originally taken.

“Weekend away”
The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome with some work done on the place it could be 4 star 🌟 place to stay but at the moment 2 star 🌟 and that's down to the staff
