Family guests were very friendly & helpful. Hotel back garden leads to the beach. Access to kitchen facilities.

Such a cozy and peaceful place! Everything was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen was super convenient. The best part was renting a kayak nearby and watching the most beautiful sunset — truly unforgettable! Highly recommend this guest house for a relaxing stay.

A very cosy and clean guest house situated right on the beach. The location could not be better. The owners were very helpful and friendly people who satisfied all our needs. On the ground floor there's a big common kitchen equipped with all the necessary cutterly to prepare a meal. The view from the rooms overlooking the mountain is spectacular. The bus stop (number 16) to Turkish border and to batumi is right out of the door of the house. There is a mini market in the house very convenient for someone to buy the necessary products either to prepare a breakfast or a meal. As you cross the road and go up the hill 100 meters you will encounter a restaurant named 'badu', where one can have a tasty meal with delicious local dishes and reasonable prices. Overall I think that kvariati is a unique and wonderful place to relax and enjoy swimming in the clear sea. What we liked as well is that climate is very mild. Rarely day temperatures go more than 28 degrees Celsius. I do recommend the guest house to anyone wishing to have relaxing holidays.

Perfect destination. Super huge courtyard and right next to it starts the beach. You can stay with average size doggo without problem.

Perfect. Wonderful location, great sea view, super friendly hosts, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. I can't fault it at all. We enjoyed our stay and really wish we had had longer. If we come back I will definitely stay here again.
