I wanted to extend my gratitude to the entire team for an unforgettable stay every summer. The level of hospitality we experienced was truly world-class, but a few specific individuals made our visit more than great. Front lobby & Management: A huge thank you to Maverick and Bader. Their non-stop kindness toward my children and myself was deeply appreciated. Their help with room flexibility and ensuring we had quick access to everything made our stay *seamless and stress-free* especially this hot weather! The Pool Team: The Supervisor, Abdul and Ali provided incredible service every summe. In this exhausted hot weather all the unit are scholars its always impressive how they never show any signs of retirement towards the hot weather calm and steady and friendly They deserve a token of appreciation for their dedication. Abdul at the pool is a credit to your team. He is a friendly, hardworking lifeguard also who stays vigilant while maintaining a great eye with swimmers. Cool off treats: Stephen, the "ice cream man," is a star! He has such positive "island vibes" and the children looked forward to his greetings every single visit. Final Thoughts: Everyone we came across showed great care and professionalism. From the room flexibility to the smallest interactions at the garden the pool the front lobby team this goes above and beyond. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and the rest of the other guests.

The hotel itself was decent, but the staff attitude completely ruined the experience. The service felt extremely cold and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. None of the employees smiled or showed basic hospitality, and every interaction felt like I was bothering them or asking for something unreasonable. I honestly felt like I was begging them for service instead of being treated as a paying guest. A hotel experience is not only about the room, but also about how guests are treated, and unfortunately the staff here were very dry, unfriendly, and lacked professionalism in customer service.

“Thank you, but..”
Taking the weekend days at Jumeriah was amazing , starting at the reception; the waiting time was pit long but the staff member (miss:Mega) was welcoming , cheerful and resourceful. Every time we See her by chance she was checking on us and helping us in wich ever we need. (Thank you Miss: Mega). the room was good and facilities such as mint cafe and swimming pool.

Stayed here multiple times. Very comfortable bed (only, maybe switch from feather pillows to other materials for animal rights?) and very large room thanks to Genius upgrade. Huge-size TV easily connected to my phone's Netflix with Chromecast. The a/c and light buttons were finally renewed and touch panels work well. Breakfast has always been very good quality and variety. It was overall a good stay, thanks.
