The check-in process required 45 minutes I personally transferred my luggage from the room Housekeeping service was not rendered on the second night of my stay My concerns were not resolved

“No first aid in hospital”
There is no medical facility and if there is emergency no way to go to ambulance. Stracher have no way to come in

“Lovely central stay”
Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and nice spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Imran on reception. Complimentary shuttle back to the airport was a great service. Close to the beach and easy for getting around city. Would recommend

“Great stay in very friendly and welcoming hotel!”
We were always greeted by very friendly staff! The hotel is clean. Food is excellent from breakfast to restaurants on site. We had dinner twice at the Chinese restaurant and once at the Lebanese restaurant! Noise in our bathroom was dealt with immediately after we complained about it.

“Super friendly staff, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast.”
We were on a stop over at the hotel for one night. We were so warmly welcomed and all the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms were super clean. We missed nothing and we ate very well at the hotel in the evening. I can only recommend it. We will definitely be back again.

Pleasant hotel, attentive staff. Very useful airport transfer service. Ayam Zaman Lebanese Restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
