The manager was great, although I didn’t meet him face-to-face he was always responsive on WhatsApp with any questions I had or anything that I needed. The room and the guest house was very clean and location was also very good

As they say in Georgia, a guest is from God, and Veranda L&G captures the spirit of hospitality perfectly. It is a very comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay for the night - seems to be recently renovated, and the manager Tornike is constantly improving. It’s also very centrally located, at the foot of Bagrati Cathedral and next to the chain bridgeNo mess around checking in, they make it very easy for you and if you have any trouble, the Wifi is on the door outside. Pikria and Marika are also very helpful and charming. Tornike knows everyone in Kutaisi and has the best spots for you to go and a lot of local information and folklore. If you need a driver ask about “Agent 007.” Tell them Mate sent you. Payments are cash - if you need cash there’s an ATM at a very nice-smelling tone bakery on the main road.

The room was quite spacious. However, the bathroom had a water leak, which was inconvenient. The sheets and towels did not look as clean and white as expected. They appeared to be washed, but they were noticeably worn and old. Other than that, the room was acceptable for a one-night stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The self check-in process was one of the best features of our stay. It was extremely convenient and hassle-free, as we received all the necessary information beforehand and everything was perfectly organized. This made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the accommodation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Good stay for self drive, can park on the street in front of hotel. Hotel is simple & clean. The hosts is very kind with good communication & quick response. Good value for money. Hotel is walkable to all the attractions nearby

Excellent room in a perfect location for exploring Kutaisi. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Veranda L&G and would gladly stay here again.
