Beautiful, natural place on the countryside, in little village. Such a beautiful view. Lovely owner. All communication was easy. Perfect for travellers who want to rest in the nature, away from city, bars, noise and rush.

Beautiful authentic house with vintage touch, great green garden around the house, nice and quiet location. Clean rooms, nicely equipped terrace. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very kind and responsive host. We would definitely come again!

The garden and 360° view is breathtaking. When the weather was nice, we didn't want to leave the swing and the hammock on the terrace. The surroundings were serene. Tsotne (owner's soon) speaks fluent English, is very welcoming and extremely helpful with tips on what to visit. The house is very specious and we were very grateful that the family entrusted us with their home. Owners live just 20 minutes away and were very flexible with check in and check out on the day we were there. The WiFi worked very well, beds very comfortable.

This place is a paradise, the house is located in an amazing location in the mountains, close to many attractions, beautiful nature. Tsotne is a wonderful host, he will help you with everything. The house has all the necessary things, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things, the atmosphere in the house will make you feel at home. Choosing this place made my stay in Georgia unforgettable. Gorgeus!!!

A lovely and unique place in the surroundings of Kutaisi! We travelled in different parts of Georgia and this was definitely the guesthouse we liked the most and where we felt the most welcome. Tsotne and his friends were very friendly and accommodating. The location is really peaceful, the house is comfortable, nicely decorated and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Definitely recommended if you wish to take a break from staying in more noisy locations in the cities and you have the means to reach there! We would have liked to stay longer!

Cozy house with a garden and private parking. Kitchen, fridge, washing machine are always available. Host is very welcoming and always there to help you with anything.

Very calm place in a quiet village not far away from the city centre. Lovely room with a terrace, cosy hammocks, cute garden, fab spot for starring at the stars. Nice classic furniture inside , a bathroom with a window:) Super nice host :)

Everything. The host was super nice and welcoming. He made sure we have everything we need. The house itself is beautiful and very clean. Everything described in the listing was adequate. It was our 4th night traveling thru Georgia and this place was the best we saw. Definitely will come back if we will be traveling thru this area again.

The place is exactly as it was on the pictures, beautiful mountains ahead is accomplishing the cosy stay at shin, recommending to visit, for family vacations as with friends, friendly host’s and astonishing nature around the house.
