“Highly recommend!”

We booked a budget hotel for one night but ended up with a gorgeous modern mansion. I highly recommend choosing a room with a terrace – it’s a huge space with a breathtaking view. Perfect for having dinner or watching the sunset. The rooms are excellent: spacious, with modern renovations. The bedding is brand new and in perfect condition. The house has a large yard with a barbecue area. For shared leisure, there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a dining hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – from dishes to a microwave. The location is very convenient – the property borders a forest, the botanical garden is within walking distance, and it’s only a 9-minute drive from the city center. Special thanks to the hostess, Tamara. She is cheerful, welcoming, and greeted us like old friends. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks once more to Tamara.

The location, ambiance, and facilities were excellent. The watchdog, park was great. Mr. Alex Mango and Tamara were exceptional in making guests feel comfortable.

I was expecting more services but I realised it's a guest house not a hotel but it's costive.. the Owner was so cute and treats me well ❤️❤️😍 I would recommend if you want to stay in calm out of noise area ❤️ view was wonderful 😊 you can walk and the taxi to city centre about 3 GEL

“Best to live in Kutaisi”

I am budget a traveller, that Guesthouse was beyond my expectations, that is the best place to live in Kutaisi so far, if you're with family or friends you have to stay there. Whenever I'll came back in Kutaisi I will stay there again. Owner is very kind and supportive. View from the balcony is awesome. Room and toilet is neat and clean. It's feel like I am at home.

The owner was very welcoming and offered us coffee and watermelon when we arrived. The house is very big and definitely unique! Our room was comfortable and had a little balcony too. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook meals in. The owner doesn't live on site but it's easy to contact her via WhatsApp. We could park the car on the driveway. There is a huge dog which lives in the garden and it was wandering freely when we got back late one night. We were a bit scared but he was friendly, just barked at us! It's a peaceful neighbourhood but doesn't take too long to walk into the city.

Fair price for a beautiful apartment. Just ask Tamuna or her husband for help, for example a personal driver for sightseeing, they will help you!

You feel the nature, just around the botanical garden. she organized me a kettle to can cook tea, and washingmashine .

Nice, quiet place.15 min walk to the center. Nice view on Bagrati cathedral and the city. Very helpfull personal and excelent equipment of apartment. Thanks a lot for staying.

“Average for a quick stay over”

Our stay was a quick one night stay over to catch an early morning flight. Was suitable for that but probably wouldn't have stayed longer.

“Ended up meeting a New Family!!! :)”

Firstly, the communication was prompt and super fast. The property is in a great location, very private, secure and safe place. The Family is lovely, I had the pleasure of meeting everyone from Luka the son, to the mother and grandmother, and the Dad Alex along with his friends. WHAT A NIGHT that BBQ session ended up being! Will see you all soon, and let me know once all the rooms are ready, so that next time I can book the whole house to myself :)
