A really newly constructed apartment, very clean and cozy. I found everything I needed available for my use. The location is great around 10 minutes by taxi or 30min walk to the center and 25min from the airport.

A very cozy and exceptionally clean apartment. The host was kind and welcoming. The location may not be in the most scenic area, but once you enter through the gate you find a clean staircase and a very tidy apartment. We really liked it. We stayed for two nights. A taxi to the city center costs only a few euros, so getting around is very convenient.

“Comfortable and cozy clean apartment with great hosts”
The apartment was great very spacious with 2 bedrooms. We arrived to a cozy warm house with a nice homely feel. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook your own food. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern with a lovely spacious bathroom. The apartment was close to minimarkets and a bakery. The view from the window overlooks the school but it is by no means a negative thing as it was not noisy at all. The hosts live in the apartment next door and they are a really nice couple who are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is not right in the centre but you can catch a bus easily. We took the bus from the airport and it dropped us off very close to the apartment. Would recommend.

The apartment was clean, with fresh linens and towels, and it was warm. The only thing was that the living room was cooler than the bedrooms.

“Bravo”
Everything was perfect 🌟 this was the best place I stayed during my more than two weeks in Georgia, truly my dream house! The design, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent and the location was very convenient. There’s even a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs. Everything made me feel so comfortable just like being at home. Also, Kutaisi has become my favorite city ❤️

There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. The stairs were a little hard
