The nicest hostess, super comfortable room, everything we asked was immediately done. Quiet neighborhood, fresh air, not far from the city centre. Next time we’ll definitely stay here.

Very friendly, you can reach her by phone and reply fast. Room was nice, the house is very welcoming and in a good shape We had the opportunity to use the balcony of another room to have dinner.

Lana is a host you can dream about. The place has everything you need as air conditioning, good internet, tea, coffee, towels and communication with the hosts. As well as the price is the best with all the comfort and cleanliness. To the center you can easily and fast get by taxi.

Nice, bright, cosy, with big kitchen where you can eat breakfast and drink coffee. If I will travel to Georgia again I will stay here again.

“An incredible place with a very nice and trustworthy host!”
We liked Lana a lot of! She is nice and and the house is in very good condition! Lana helped us with the transfer from the airport and inside the city. Also, she give us good advices about visiting historical places... Lana is a very good family person with good behavior and trustworthy. We had a very good time, during our stay and we could not ask for anything more. The place is super, quiet, clean, in very good price and it has everything you need for your vacation or your work. It also has more things than what booking writes - for example there is a Wi-Fi everywhere inside the place. We would like to come back again one day. This place is better than expensive hotels in Europe. Thank you very much for everything! God bless you!

“Simply one of the best place we stayed! We would gladly visit again!”
Lana is Super! Our stay exceeded our expectations... A real value for money! The breakfast was also super! The women that is the host is great and she did everything for us! She also made sure that we have a transfer from the airport and inside the city! We were 8 people, a judo team, and we visited Kutaisi for a judo camp. All of us agree that it was the perfect location for the judo club and that we want to again come back. The guest house is all super clean, in a very good condition with everything you need!
