“Fantastic apartment!”
Fantastic apartment with an excellent host who was very pleasant and always responsive. The place was modern, comfortable, and located on the fourth floor with a lift, which made it very convenient. The neighbourhood has a local feel, and there is plenty of easy street parking, which was very important for me as I was travelling by car. The balcony was also a nice bonus. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I would happily stay here again when visiting Kutaisi.

The apartment was nice and cosy, spacious enough for two. It has a kitchenette fully equipped. Neighbours were a bit loud. Great for one/two nights.

This apartment is wonderful. Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Furniture is new. Self check in is convenient. You can find there everything you need on a short stay. The only thing to wish for is washing powder.

The apartment was exceptionally neat and clean! Everything was very done with the thought and care. Hostess was very helpful! Apartment is super comfortable and on a very good location! There is supermarket on the first floor or the building and it's super close to the city center and quite and cozy at the same time!

It was very cosy and comfortable. It was big enough for a family of 4. The host was very polite and humble. She helped us to go around the places in Kutaisi. Overall our first day in Georgia was wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Kutaisi.
