Friendly host. The appartment offers everything you need for a stay in Kutaisi. The beds are good. The location in downtown Kutaisi couldn't be any better. We really enjoyed our stay here.

There wasn’t a picture of a bathroom, but it was amazing. Hot water always available as well as washing machine.

We had a great 3 night stay. What we liked: Great location in the city centre. Lovely balcony and the apartment has an amazing shower. Security-The entrance to the apartment building is controlled by a fob. The apartment is in a building with a lift. We would stay again.

“Excellent location and very good host”
Location is superb and apartment has all necessary amenities. Everything works well (heating, kitchen appliances, Wifi etc )Hosts are very responsive and overall check-in/check-out experience was very smooth. We spent most of the days outside of the apartment so not much to add really. Would definitely recommend

“Loved everything”
The apartment was great. The location is very good. The apartment was tidy, big and we loved it. It got everything what you need. The hosts were very welcoming and helped with everything. Also they offer transfers, tours etc..

It was an amazing place to stay—very comfortable and well-equipped flat, with comfortable beds, a cosy terrace, and a great location in the heart of Kutaisi. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, able to assist with all your needs (transfers, car rental, etc.). I strongly recommend this apartment.

Location is very central and the apartment itself is very well furnished and comfortable. The host is very kind and considerate. I needed to do late check-out for the online meeting, and they offered me another apartment in the same building. Both apartments that you will be seeing in the photos when booking, look much better in real than in the photos.

Simply spot on, a great host+ a stylish apartment, very well equipped= very comfortable stay. Location in a city center with many options for grocery, sight seeing, restaurants etc. It was a great way to finish our skiing adventure in Georgia.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has all the facilities described on their page. The apartment was warm and cosy, and the view from the balcony was really worth a glass of Saperavi rosé :)) The hosts are really welcoming and available on WhatsApp for further support.
