Very nice host, who learned usa lot about Kutaisi. Extra facilities like washing clothes were nog problem. Very nice balcony to sit on till late. Close by the old city and the beuatiful catherdral.

My stay here was truly wonderful. Giorgi is a very welcoming host and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. His hospitality is unmatched. On arrival I was welcomed with a shot of chacha and he gave me some grapes from his own vineyard Giorgi. There’s always tea and biscuits available, and Giorgi is generous with both his time and stories. I enjoyed talking to Giorgi about the history of his country, including some interesting stories about a previous owner of the house who was sent to a gulag camp during the Stalinist era and his grandfather fighting in WWII on the Eastern Front. The house itself is large, spotless and full of character. My room and bed were perfect, and the terrace is a great place to relax. Giorgi’s two lovely dogs, an english cocker spaniel and a husky, make the place feel even more like home. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen downstairs for guests to use. I genuinely loved my stay here - Giorgi’s was the best guesthouse I stayed at during my two and half weeks in Georgia. Highly recommended!

Giorgi is an exceptionally good host. He welcomed me with fresh grapes from his garden. He is very warm and friendly and gives great recommendations for activities. He knows a lot about the region. The rooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wow, what a place! Giorgi and his family are super warm hosts that go to lengths to make you feel at home. Lovely house with green garden and different places to sit or meet. A good place to relax and to meet the hosts and other guests. I even got to help Giorgi pressing the grapes for the wine and in the evening there was some of the great wines to taste. Madloba!

As it was our first day in Georgia, my boyfriend Marco and I were hoping for a welcoming introduction to the country, and Giorgi exceeded all expectations. His warm greeting felt like we were visiting an old friend. We immediately got a deep dive into Georgian culture. Giorgi passionately explained everything about this incredible land, from its history to its traditions, giving us a perfect start to our trip. When we returned from the city later that day, we were welcomed back with a bottle of his delicious homemade wine. We spent the evening together, sharing stories and laughter, and we truly cherished the time spent in his company. Staying at Giorgi Homstay was more than just a place to sleep; it was an authentic and heartfelt experience that we will never forget.

Best host in Georgia! Very kind and helpful who offers private tours of amazing quality. He took us to all the best places in the region in one day as we had little time. He also knows less known spots and gives recommendations for your liking. Also homemade wine and good conversations about everything. Another guest had issues and we saw Giorgi go the extra way to help them. Clean and well-kept house with a nice garden. You will not find a better place!

One of the best places you could find. Perfect facilities and perfect guest who has a good knowledge of the city's and country's history. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent internet. A walking distance to Bagrati cathedral, and easy downhill walk to the center. Grab a Bolt for a few laris to come back as it is uphill. I highly recommend Georgi's Homestay.

Giorgi takes care personally in all cases. There is coffee and tee available any time with some biscuits. There is a verander and also the living room to meet and chat. Giorgi invited me in the wine making. Very good experience. In the evening all guests were invited to enjoy his homemade wine and ChaCha. Giorgi always helps you in your planing. He knows the exact location where which Marshrutka is, even he knows the exact operation times. If you ask he gives you good advise for your travel. And he introduces Kutaisi what to see. Giorgi's Homestay is highly recommend. Best place I stayed in Georgia.

It was my first homestay and I did not regret it! The room is very comfortable and Giorgi is an excellent host, offering delicious cheese and homemade wine.
