The location (within walking distance to all the main attractions, especially the Bagrati cathedral), waking up in the morning you can hear the bell from the Cathedral and the birds singing around in the small garden. The home itself is lovely, well-equipped, a comfortable private bathroom provided with good quality shower gel, shampoo.. I felt the caring hands of the owners from little details of this basic but lovely room, just like coming back home. The breakfast : tasty, especially the homemade dogwood berries jam/ syrup. I was given some fresh berries when the owners of the house picked them up to make jam. Finally: the hospitality! The daughter of the owners was the translator almost all the time, 100% online still very efficient and very caring, just like I made a new friend! And her parents, they didn't communicate in English, but in the human language that made me felt as if I was their family member, always willing to help, always smile.. In the morning, sitting next to the lemon tree in the garden, listening to the birds and watching the lady hanging clothes I felt like this is true happiness of a normal life that one needs, peaceful, loving and caring Thank you for giving me this experience of an authentic Kutaisian lifestyle and filled my heart with joy and peacefulness. I really enjoyed the little things here.

This was truly one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed! The room was clean, bright, and cozy — it had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. But what made my stay really special were the wonderful hosts. They are warm, kind-hearted people who made me feel not like a guest, but like I was at home. They were always available, helpful, and just genuinely nice to talk to. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood — perfect for relaxing after a busy day — yet it’s still close to the city center, which is very convenient. I felt safe, cared for, and completely at ease during my entire stay. If you’re looking for a place with soul, where you can truly rest and feel at home — I can’t recommend it enough! This is not just a place to sleep, it’s a space filled with warmth and kindness.

It's a very nice apartment, and the landlords are even nicer and more loving. Many thanks to Mrs. Zeinab for such a warm welcome. She always spoke to me with respect and attention. Also, if you're lucky, you might see a small, spotted cat in the yard😺 When I come to Kutaisi I will definitely stay here again.

I have never experienced such kindness and care while travelling the world! The stay at this place was perfect! My wife had a birthday on the day we arrived, the hostess prepared a small cake with a candle, homemade wine and sweets for the occasion. She looked after us like her family throughout our stay. We felt like we were with our grandmother! Meg (the landlady's daughter) had been giving tips on what to do and what to see in Kutaisi long before we arrived. She organised a driver to pick us up from the airport, take us to the canyon in the evening and bring us back to the airport the next day. She answered every question, even the most trivial ones. As for the flat itself - very clean, tidy. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in the room. In the morning breakfast served at the agreed time - the best breakfast I have ever had. From the flat it is about 10-15 minutes by foot to the centre. I really regret that we were only there for one night. If we return to Georgia it will only be to Kutaisi and only to Meg and her parents. There are no words to express our gratitude! Best regards!

The breakfast was basic, but fine. The hosts were delightful - I was given a large glass of delicious dessert wine. The are is quiet, about ten minutes walk from the centre, but close to the Cathedral.

Nice clean room. Host was very friendly and made a tasty breakfast. Room was located on the yard side of the house so it was protected from the noise. Perfect for short stay. Walk to the center is not long but there is some elevation to cover. Plenty room on street for parking.

This is my first trip after lost my dad. I don't have mood actually, just pushed myself went out to take some fresh air 😞. However I received warm welcome from the owner in my first day. I didn't expect that. 😊The lady and her mom tried to arrange my daily trip, assisted me a lot. 🥺They treated me like a family member. Very lovely family ❤️thank you for everything 🥰

“Home away from home!”

A cozy little room, with vintage decor. The host couple were really very nice and helpful. They did not understand English but then also made sure to connect with us through her daughter who was translating everything to them. The room felt cold so they arranged for an extra heater as well. Further, the best thing was a homemade breakfast which was included as well. We did not even once feel we are away from home. Would like to thank them all :)
