What we mostly like in our stay are the people behind the properties Mr. Shota and Ms. Aniko as they were so so helpful in our stay, very kind and generous people. They give us special detour in their new winery and give us even free drinks! The house is so clean and we would like to go back there in all our future stays in Georgia.

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.

“Above our expectations”

We enjoyed staying here a lot. The owners are kind and polite, you can ask them whenever you need and they’ll try to help you. You can also attend the wine & chacha degustation in their wine cellar. The rooms were clean, and had all required facilities. We also liked the location a lot, as it’s so calm there and the view from the balcony and the terrace is gorgeous. Apart of that I’d like to notice that breakfasts were tasty and it was reallly nice to have a breakfast or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. Will highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Kutaisi.

We had a wonderful stay at Aniko's place. Thanks to Aniko and Shota for their warmth and hospitality. We really felt at home. Aniko went out of her way to arrange transport for Kazbegi for us. We will definitely visit again!

Really nice place, you can walk down to the center in about 15 minutes. Aniko and her husband are very friendly and are making a great atmosphere. They have a beautiful view on the sunset from the terrace and if you like wine you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of their delicious homemade wine

Very friendly owners. The room was fine and had a nice balcony. There is possibiliy to order breakfast which is rather basic but tasty.

Really friendly owners, we felt welcome. Owner has a cellar in front of the apartments and invited us to try his homemade wine and chacha. Also they are making breakfast for additional price which is small but nice. Room was really big, with terrace and beautiful view to Kutaisi. Bed was comfortable as well.

Overall the stay was amazing. The breakfast and location were both fantastic. Breakfast was a variety of delicious and fresh options that we really enjoyed. The location is right in the old town, with easy access to the town center (under 10 minute walk along the street). The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, with their own wine cellar and garden. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and day tours while we were in the city. I wish we could have stayed longer! They made our stay comfortable and we will definitely come back to their guesthouse if we return to Kutaisi!

Aniko's place is localted very close to Kutaisi city center and is a great place to start exploring the city. Our rooms were clean and well-equipped. The hosts were very involved. They orgainised a wine-tasting trip for us, during which we were able to taste their home-made wine. We were extremely pleased with their hospitality.

“Lovely stay in Kutaisi”

Nice and clean room with a balcony offering lovely views. Location was very good - close to the city centre but far from its noise. Aniko and her husband were super nice and welcoming, they have tasty wine down in their cellar. One star down for squeaky bed tho.
