Located right in the centre of Kutaisi. Many supermarkets around. Only a few minutes walk to Colchis Fountain where is the assembly point for many local tours.

Everything was great in Alina's room. A comfortable room in a very central location, close to all amenities you might need. The host is really helpful and friendly and can communicate in English. Totally recommended 💯

“Perfect place to stay in Kutaisi”
My stay at Alina's room in Kutaisi was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The facilities were top-notch, and the cozy decoration made it feel like a luxurious hotel room. The host is very friendly and helpful. He even came to pick up the keys for my very early morning check out to catch my flight. The room was exceptionally clean and warm and has a nice balcony. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Alina's room very much, it is well located in the centre of Kutaisi, and all places of interest can be easily reached on foot. Communication with our host Irina was excellent at all times and she was very helpful with tips on places to visit, The balcony was the icing on the cake, catching the morning sun for breakfast, We highly recommend this studio as a base when visiting the area.

“Friendly and helpful host, good location right in the centre of Kutaisi”
We stayed here for one night, before catching an early flight out of Kutaisi airport. It was the perfect accommodation for that - centrally located, clean and exactly as expected from the photos. The host met us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful! He also checked us out at 3am and even helped us to get a taxi to the airport when our Bolt app wasn't working. The location was very convenient - right in the middle of Kutaisi within walking distance of everything you might need. I'd recommend it, especially for the friendly and helpful host and the great location.

“Wonderful staying experience!”
The location is great, and parking is right opposite to the house. It costs only one GEL no matter how long you park! The market and all kinds of restaurants are within max. 5 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in center city and very near parking. (Just cross the road 20 meters) with free parking. The owner is very kind. It's perfect hotel for your stay or short stay for next plan to go to Mestia.

“Great value for money, central and welcoming.”
It's a great value for money, because of the location and the presence of a balcony. Easy to access, everything is close by, and the apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. The host arranged a late-evening check in for me with their neighbor, it was very convenient. They were welcoming and communicated promptly.
