The apartment: Very neat and clean. Kitchen was equipped with all facilities like dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a few utensils. Living room was nice with a television. Bedroom had an attached bathroom with washing machine and a lovely balcony. Car parking was also available. The owners: The owner was polite, helpful and always responding to our chats. Location: 5 mins drive to Swiss border. There was lidl at 2 mins car drive and a german restaurant downstairs. A patisserie and falafel shop were also there just opposite to the street.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful, lovingly furnished and fitted out, a real home from home. It's beautifully located, close to the shops and the riverside walk. Host Franzi was super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to hopefully starting again in the future

“Lovely little apartment on the Swiss Border”

The property was perfect for what we wanted to do in this region. The location is in a sleepy town, and although the parking was a little tricky to spot at first, the property itself is easy to find. The facilities were all working for us, and we took advantage of the washing machine being in the 2nd week of our trip. There is a lovely bakery and a donor kebab/pizza takeaway opposite and about 500m away are supermarkets which covered everything we needed. The owner of the property is very attentive and friendly and communicated well throughout our stay. We arrived late on arrival but there is a key box which was easy to use. Basel, Zürich and Shaffhausen all about an hour away and easy to get to from here. We had a lovely stay, and would visit this region again.

It was very close to Switzerland and we made many day trips. All rooms were very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Nice quiet area near the river.

after about 15 days in Switzerland, I need it a calm place to relax for a couple of days. This place is every thing one needs for short or long-term stay and the host is a super host. The host goes out of the way to support you in every way possible. Every thing about this apartment was fantastic. Free parking is available for the car as well.
