We was there with kids and a dog for New Year weekend. Spa is perfect, with heated pool, outside pool.

Place was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and overall pleasant experience. Spa was clean, wardrobe was clean. It definitely isn’t a disgusting experience. It was really really nice. The hotel had worked on several details. Loved it!

A beautiful, aesthetic hotel and room. My husband and son enjoyed the Spa. The location is excellent, there is a wonderful inexpensive restaurant nearby Sostar kook & bar.

The breakfast costs 17 euro per person, even small Kids, but it is not worth it. Small variety, not enough space inside and 10 min long coffee que. You can get nearby better breakfast cheaper.

Very nice, clean and cozy spa. The outdoor pool was awesome. The rules for the visitors were flexible. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was elegant, clean and comfortable.

Biggest perk is the location, right in the centre and walkable to any main hotspot in the area with baby strollers. The room was good enough for two adults and a 2yo, but a little plain. The sofa bed was made ready by the staff when requested. The service was ok but inviaible. We didn’t use the spa at all.

My family really enjoyed the spa- outdoor and indoor pool, it was perfect.

Nice and cosy SPA with unlimited time for use . The hotel administrators was really kind and helpful.

We booked a large apartment with two rooms to have separate rooms for kids and some privacy. As they were telling, sofa beds were comfy. We could have space for a third kid if needed, because the chair could be transformed into a bed too. Not many people stayed there because of low season visit during winter. Therefore if was quiet and calm. The room is freshly renovated and nice looking.

the pool in spa was with cold water, too small spa area for busy hours, too small pool for so many visitors.

Good location and very friendly staff. Our room (apartement with separate bedroom) was spacious enaugh though sofabed was not one of the comfiest of its kind I would say our family had quite a pleasant stay.
