Located in the Old Town of Kuressaare on the island of Saaremaa, Johan Design & SPA Hotel offers a wide range of spa treatments, free Wi-Fi access, and free parking. “Will come back for the SPA and breakfast”
Since me and my child came with the clear intention to spend time in SPA area we consider this to be absolutely the best part of our stay - better to go there early morning or noon when there are less visitors. Among a number of different baths and pools everyone can find a favourite. Separate praise for the breakfast - varied and with some local specialities, and locally made great desserts.

“Small but great SPA hotel I would definitely visit again”
Almost everything was great. The most impressive part was the breakfast, better than many five-star hotels I’ve visited. Also liked the heated outdoor pool and unrestricted SPA access time.

Spa was worth the price. Breakfest choise was smaal, but everyone can find something they like. I was a little bit shocked, that hotel this big, has only one caffee machine at breakfest buffey. You need to stand in very long line to get coffee (that was not so good). But regarardless all was nice.

The service staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel had a good location, and the room was spacious enough. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied. The spa area and the outdoor pool.

“Not the best experience”
We spent 2 nights in a family room: it was spacious. The SPA was clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel is pet-friendly. We had a great time in the Lounge area.
