Annie upgraded us to another beautiful 3 bedrooms apartment. She arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. She met us at the apartment. She showed us how everything works and where to go around the area. There are very big supermarkets and shopping centres about 15 minutes walk. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bedroom is ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Perfect for 4 of us.Thank you, Annie, for a memorable stay. We will definitely recommend to all our friends.

The apartment is in an older building very close to Kunming city centre, but inside it was modern and well equipped. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Heaters were provided to warm the rooms in the evening, and bathrooms were functional and with hot water. Metro nearby was helpful to go to the train station, and the apartment is only a short taxi ride from Kunming Old Streets. Annie was a very nice and responsive host.

It was great that there were 2 toilets as well. Perhaps 1 suggestion would be to have fans in every room as some rooms didn't have fans and I would imagine it to be rather hot in the summer. Otherwise, a great place to stay in with lots of places to eat nearby!

Annie was amazing — she guided us clearly and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was exceptional, honestly felt like a 5-star hotel. The rooms even had bed warmers, which was such a nice touch. The location is great and easy to navigate, with plenty of restaurants around the area. The amenities were top-notch: hotel-quality linens, spotless bathrooms, comfortable beds, good heating, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

“Amazing stay”

The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, with everything looking new. The facilities are excellent; hot showers and hair dryers work perfectly. The bed is comfortable, thick blankets and towels are provided—all up to hotel standards. It’s conveniently located near the city center, about 5 km (10-15 minutes) away by Didi. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk. Host also can speak English. Overall worth the money.

I liked that there were many breakfast options and local foods nearby the apartment. It made mornings easy, and I got to try different local flavors without going far. Also, the fact that it's close to the subway station was a big plus, making getting around the city even more convenient.

The landlord is very good, and the house is very clean. The homestay is 80 meters away from the subway station. It is very close to Jinmafang and the old neighborhood of Kunming. The location is also easy to find. It is very convenient to take the subway downstairs. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the disposable toiletries are complete, and the bedding is very clean, ensuring a comfortable sleep. I will check in again next time. I highly recommend it!
