“Comfy, good value apartment”
Great little apartment with huge, comfy beds. An amazing view as it's high up in the block. Shampoo, toothbrush, drinking water etc all supplied. Annie was very helpful and fixed the toilet after we blocked it. We would have appreciated 2 pillows each for the bed.

“worth for money”
the location is very good. lest than 5 minutes walk to the metro. there are a lot of eateries nearby. the owner can communicate in english and will contact in advance to inform us about the direction to the accomodation. will stay here again if i cone to kunming again.

“Large spacious apartment in a residential area”
We had a large spacious 2 bedroom apartment with excellent views across the city. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom spacious and there was a lounge in the entrance. The apartment is set in a residential block with good security. The safe neighbourhood has plenty of great eating choices including several 24hr eateries. The Metro station is 3 min walk connecting to all places of interest.

“Central location near good restaurants.”
The location was downtown and Didi drivers could find us easily. There was a restaurant street nearby with good Yunnan and Xinjinag food. A bit further away was a minority restaurant with excellent food. Look out for 太小食堂（翠湖店).

I loved the central location, the view from the flat and its facilities. Only wish it had a bigger table somewhere and chairs ^^ but I didn’t really need them this time.

“Comfortable place a little off from the busy area”
Host was warm and friendly. She kindly helped us when we had difficulty with tour bookings as well. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The train station is just round the corner, but most places were also a short cab ride away.
