Breakfast was not included but there was a kitchen you can rent per night. Clear view of the mountain from the balcony above the reception, can get alittle cold at night. Also the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Indah and her husband was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely come again!

the location is superb. the facilities are great, the staff are friendly. they help us a lot on making sure were having a great time in kundasang. the view is incredibly astonishing, words couldnt describe how glad we choose this place as our staycation accomodation

The karaoke was loud and allowed to continue until 2 a.m. My daughters could not go to sleep. I slept tired and woke up at 2 realizing the karaoke still going on
