The location is very good. Near the town. Not far for other tourist spots... Easy access too.. cooking utensils, toiletries all provided... Have bbq pit, can do outdoors hangouts. Tqvm.

Home stay is very clean. Mount kinabalu view.Suitable for 6-7 person. There are 2 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 1 have 1 double bed and the other bedroom have 1 double bed and 1 double matress. I ask her for extra 1 single matress with only 20 ringgit each for extra charges.The owner also very good and very helpfull.

“Great view of Mount Kinabalu”
Although this guesthouse isn't the closest to Mount Kinabalu, the view from here is still absolutely stunning — you can clearly see the mountain right from the property, especially in the early morning. It’s located near Pekan Kundasang, which makes it easy to access restaurants, laundry services, and local shops — all without needing to drive far or uphill. That alone made our stay much more convenient. The guesthouse itself has a traditional kampung vibe, which is charming in its own way. It’s simple and basic, so don’t expect luxury — but if you’re looking for a down-to-earth, local-style experience with great views and good accessibility, this place is worth considering.

“Wheelchair friendly, nice view.”
Homestay. Nice place, suitable for wheelchair users. No step, ground level. Have barbecue place, have water heater, have cooking utensils.

Everything includes the view of Kinabalu Mount. Even though we last-minute booking, the owner served us politely and cleaned up the house as fast as possible. Will come again if have opportunity.
