We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 929 Villa Kundasang. The moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and serene the surroundings were. If you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the busy city life, this is the perfect place. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu. The mountain looks so close and incredibly clear, especially in the early morning. Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable and made the whole experience even more special. The villa is very family-friendly and spacious, making it ideal for a family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The living area felt cozy and welcoming, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. One thing we really appreciated was the kitchen. It is well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. Everything was in good condition, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. Cleanliness throughout the villa was excellent. What I loved most was the overall vibe of the place — calm, relaxing, and refreshing. It’s the kind of stay that makes you not want to leave. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who wants a peaceful stay with an amazing view of Mount Kinabalu!

Parking space was clear and easy to access, located close to the premises. There is a BBQ area, which is great for medium-sized group activities. The interior design is amazing, featuring a modern concept. We especially liked the facilities provided here—the water heater worked well. The villa is about 15 feet from the main road and situated on a hill, so loud engine revving is common. It’s very close to the Alpaca Club, just a 5-minute drive from the dairy farm, and there are many cafés nearby.

Located at Mesilau roadside, with easy parking access (small cars will appreciate this). Rooms was clean, area was nice. View to Mount Kinabalu was partly covered by trees but depending on your artistic style it might be better. 2 bathrooms, 3 beds and kitchen is complete (we cooked for kids and adults)
