We were really satisfied with the house. It has very big bedrooms, a lot of amenities, large bright windows, and a completely private garden. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the host was amazing. Unfortunately, we only had one day to spend in Kumanovo, but I hope we can visit again in the future and stay longer.

The hospitality here is truly on another level. The host was very kind and welcoming, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The villa itself is extremely spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed the large garden, which was perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was very big, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

I loved the atmosphere of the house—it had such a beautiful, welcoming energy and was decorated with unique furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the bedroom overlooking green pine trees was simply stunning. The terrace is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The host also provided complimentary coffee and minibar items, which was a nice touch. The house includes private parking, a large pool, and air conditioning in every room. I had a wonderful stay at Casa Botisa Luxury Villa in Kumanovo. The villa is extremely clean everything was spotless and very well maintained. The house is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really see the attention to detail, and it makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is a bit outside the city, which makes it peaceful and private, but it’s still very easy to find and access. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Communication with the host was awesome — very friendly and welcoming. The house is enormous, with spacious hallways, huge king-size beds, and extremely comfortable, perfectly clean linens. The entire house smelled fresh and pleasant. Every room was equipped with air conditioning. There are two toilets, both very clean. One of the bathrooms is really large, with a bathtub and big mirrors. The house also has a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more comfortable. What I loved the most was the large kitchen, perfectly equipped with new appliances and all necessary accessories. Everything was simply beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Cleanliness 10/10, communication with the host 10/10. Private parking and a huge yard are a big plus. Highly recommended to everyone!

The house feels very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bedrooms were large and offered plenty of storage space. There were some snacks and cold beverages waiting for us on arrival which is a nice gesture. The layout of the property has been well thought of and offers privacy. The house was very clean.

I stayed at the villa alone and it was exactly what I needed — peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The private pool was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking to relax and recharge.

We have requested a later check-in, the host provided a self check-in instructions. There was a free minibar, fruit, snacks. The rooms are furnished and big, with tv-s and air-conditions. The kitchen is big and equipped with oven, toaster, air-fryer, mixer, blender etc. Everything was so clean. The view from the bedroom is amazing. We will definitely stay in the future.

The villa was gorgeous and supplied everything you needed. The cabinets were almost full, and we found cold water and a bit to eat when we arrived. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a Nespresso coffeemaker and an airfryer. The garden, terrace and swimmingpool was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge area of the terrace :-) The Villa is gated with lights everywhere and it was easy getting in by ourselves. There is a small supermarket located 3-400 meters from the Villa (3 minute walk). Lastly, the hosts were superb, they helped us with recommendations of restaurants, sightseeing, general questions and booking of taxi. We felt very comfortable and safe with the hosts. You will need a car or taxi to go to Kumanovo city (10 minutes by car) or Skopje city (30 minutes by car). Taxis are very cheap and the hosts will book for you (as most taxi companies speak little to no english)

Huge Villa, with big garden and pool. great location and a perfect stop off with our dogs. secure off road parking. Easy communication with the hosts and easy self check-in. Lovely touch to have snacks, beer and wine free on arrival after a long day on the road. We will happily stay again in the future

Everything was very new. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. Very safe and great location. Smart check in so you can come anytime after check in is possible. The villa had everything what we needed and as it describe to booking. Very worth for the price. Highly recommend
