“Biggest room for the trip”
One of the biggest hotel room with a study area / changing room. It is located just next to the JR and Tram station. The airport bus boarding to Aso Kumamoto Airport is just within a few steps.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay in this hotel, which is right next to Kumamoto station. The room is fairly standard for Japan, but well thought out and quiet, with comfortable beds. We slept very well and the staff were very friendly.

“Great location and facilities”
Great location near the station and easy access to the central part of Kumamoto. Facilities were excellent. We stayed in the luxury floor with bar and snacks availed. Rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable

“Relaxing, enjoyable, fun”
The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff that greet you at check in are patient and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location with it being right next to Kumamoto station and a shopping centre. We used it as our base to explore Kumamoto and found it easy to get to the attractions in the area. We also rented a car to get out further to explore Kumamoto. The location of the hotel was once again great as the car rental property is just next to the station so only a couple minutes walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated nicely. There are plenty of amenities as well such as toothbrushes, water and teas etc.

“Short stay in Beppu”
Great location just a short walk from the train/bus station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The onsen area was very nice, though note that towels are not provided there you need to bring your own from the room.

“A very comfortable stay”
Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and comfortable. Great choices at breakfast. We also enjoyed an all you can eat buffet dinner at the hotel one evening.

“2 mins walk to JR station and malls. Convenient and comfortable”
Very near to the JR station. While the hotel itself is a bit old, it has a slightly classy vibe from the moment we entered. Checkin was fast. Room was clean and big , comfortable pyjamas were provided.

“Very satisfied and will recommend if anyone ask me where to stay in Kumamoto.”
The location is very near (all within 5-7min walk) to Kumamoto station, bus stations and tram station, very convenient to take public transport to anywhere. There is also a big shopping centre nearby. Staffs are helpful when asked for directions.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable spacious bedroom. Helpful reception, cleaning and kitchen staff. Great location within 5 minutes of the main railway station and bus terminal.
