We have been completely overwhelmed by this warm hospitality. We enjoyed it so much and have had a really relaxing and also very close look into japanese way of living and culture and we loved also the interesting and fulfilling conversations. Both Stan and Hiromi san are very hospitality and friendly. Breakfast was good and delicious. We were provided with extra Japanese tea session. The dog Tina is so cute and friendly too

“Great stay & amazing breakfast”

We had a great time in Kumamoto thanks to this cozy place with super friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfast was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean and has a cute dog.

Hiromi and Stan were extremely hospitable! We arrived late and restaurants nearby were closed, Hiromi was so kind to make us a delicious dinner, which was the perfect comfort after a day of bustling travel with a one-year-old in tow. Breakfast was fantastic, the bed was so comfortable, and there was a massage chair in the room- be sure to give it a try. Hiromi showed us the traditional tea ceremony in an authentic tea room inside the accommodation, and even let me try on the traditional Japanese wedding dress, which was so sophisticated and stunning. Tina was such a lovely puppy, with whom our little one had had a lot of fun. Hiromi’s impeccable calligraphy graces the walls inside the house. Don’t forget to take a lot at the masterpieces.

We stayed at this guesthouse and the owners are super kind! Love the elegant garden and the tea room in particular which I learnt about traditional Japanese tea ceremony. The room is spacious and I like the breakfast cooked by the owner. This is an amazing experience and highly recommended to make a visit.

Hiromi and Stan were extremely hospitable! They offered plenty of suggestions on where to visit, and also helped us make reservations and to call to check on restaurants / tourist spots! breakfast everyday was amazing, and do ask for their recommendation for a yakitori restaurant nearby, and use the complimentary Onsen access they provide

Great hospitality from the host. They showed us traditional tea ceremony in an authentic tea room inside the accommodation. The bath was traditional Japanese bathtub which allowed us to take a hot bath after a hectic day. The Japanese style breakfast was a masterpiece.
