Wow! I had a room with a few on the castle, amazing! Also the room was equipped with everything you could think of. The Check In was easy and they let me in 30min earlier. Very nice staff! Also I was impressed - I didnt hear anyone else, it was super quiet in my room. Overall very nice and felt like in a fancy hotel. We even had access to a soda machine in the evening!

Breakfast was unimaginable; you have a Japanese buffet looking out to a view of Kumamoto castle! The pudding you can put ice cream on and get anything really to have within a large timeframe. We enjoyed quiet tea in the evening whilst also observing the castle at night.

“Great hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kumamoto and plan to visit the castle and shopping district! I’ll d”
Location was great, 10 mins walk from the shopping district and the castle. The room was also well sound-proofed, didn’t need my ear plugs to sleep. Bathroom and sheets were clean and span. Staff were also v professional, even the gentleman manning the carpark!

This hotel has prime location, spacious room, lovely bed and amazing views! It ticked all the boxes. The breakfast buffet was also very nice! Great hotel for this money.

Great location and wonderful view from the restaurant. The buffet breakfast selection is excellent. We had some problems with the toilet in our room and the staff were very prompt in solving the issue.

Centrally located. Has a kids corner at the lobby, great for keeping kids entertained. 10th floor free-access lounge for guests is great for after hour coffee/tea/soft drinks and views of Kumamoto Castle
