“An amazing view from our room and from the terrace.”
Fantastic location and it was so special to see the castle from our room! We loved the roof terrace, a treat to sit outside and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room is really comfy. Best one I've had in my big tour of Kyushu. Probably in the top 5 I've had in my 8+ years in Japan.

“Was a nice hotel and I will happily stay there again”
Great location. Right next to Kumamoto castle and a short walk to the shopping area. The hotel has a great rooftop balcony, which has a nice view of Kumamoto castle

“Excellent friendly good value hotel in historic area of Kumamoto.”
Friendly, efficient, comfortable hotel opposite the castle with views. Well equipped and and serviced room. Lobby services included access to welcome drink, shared laundry, microwave, ice. Close to the main shopping area of Kumamoto and pleasant shopping arcades. Also close to the castle and the moat with spectacular cherry blossom walk Kumamoto proved to be an ideal base for exploring Kyushu.

Easy to get to on the tram from the JR station.Great location for the Kumamoto castle and shopping centre. Wonderful views of the castle from the terrace on the top floor.

Kumamoto Castle just outside my window through the window having mesh sticker for privacy. The room is larger than the hotels in Osaka or Tokyo with similar cost. I especially like the bathroom that also relative larger and clean.

“Comfortable and enjoy”
A beautiful view of Kumamoto Castle is amazing. Everything is great! The whole staff is friendly. The location is also quite nice, lots of places are within walking distance. Sadly i didn't take the breakfast package and seeing the view from the rooftop, which i would like to when i visit to Kumamoto next time!

Location is very nice where near shopping street and sightseeing area. Staffs are happy to support us. For parking lot, there are a lot nearby hotel where you can make decision which fit with your travel plan (I found 500 yen per night near hotel (18.00-8.00).

The room is spacious compared to the other chain hotels I've stayed in! and the staff is pretty polite as well. Altough you still can't see the Kumamoto Castle too closely, they provide such an open rooftop for the spot view.
