View from 25th level on NEw Tear’s Day. Hotel guests were invited for New Year sake n enjoy paranomic view.

“Nice property however really warm”
Pretty view over the water/city Large room with comfortable bed All staff were polite and helpful. Large variety of both japanese and western items for breakfast. Options of different types of pillows & also essential oil fragrance available.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a broad range of options. The location was very convenient - a 12 minute walk to the train station and very close to the tram/bus stops.

“Spacious room but slightly stuffy. Would still recommend as a pretty good stay.”
Location was pretty good. We can walk from Kumamoto station, or from the tram Gionbashi station. Also, the reception desk staff can converse well in english and i find that really helpful. The room is very spacious.

“Nice stay in ANA Hotel Kagoshima”
This is a rather premium hotel at a reasonable pricing for room rates. Breakfast is not bad. Do consider to buy the vouchers at the front desk for JPY2200 in advance, otherwise, the breakfast is JPY2800 per diner.

“Our first visit was on 2015, and this visit is on 2024, the facilities become dated.”
