the room was large.we are family of 6.to walk to the tram station also not far.convenience store also nearby. only searching for location take time as no clear indication.but we look at the photo to get there.got lift and room is at higher level.key was left inside the room. i would recommend for this hotel if you want to stay for leisure in kumamoto city using tram. only the parking is 300m away just need to pull your bag a bit longer.

“A perfect base for exploring Kumamoto!”
The room was very clean and had plenty of space to open our suitcases and for the kids to stretch out a bit. It was very conveniently located, within walking distance to Kumamoto Castle, or just a few minutes by car or 3 stops by tramway. Parking was included for free, and the rooftop has a nice view of the surrounding area. The decor is cute too (my kids loved the Kumamon bedspreads)! Check-in was quick and easy as well. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kumamoto!
