“If you like the charme of an old, but renovated farmhouse, that is the place for you”

Located only a few minutes walk to the city centre, could park my motorcycle inside the premises. The house doesn't look very nice from the outside, but the rooms itself were good. I like that old style "rustic" (means: old, but in good condition, not shabby) charme of the rooms. Everything I needed was there. Was happy with that!

Great location, all main sights are in a walkable distance. The apartment is very cozy, authentic old house. Bathroom is a bit small, complicated to move for taller persons. There is also a kitchen with all necessary items. It was very lovely to find water, cookies, home made jam. Easy communication with the owner.

Nice and comfortable apartment in the old town. Safe and clean. Very hospital hosts. They take care of each tourist and value each client. We were treated with respect and hospitality in every detail.

Apartments are very cosy, much better than looks in the pictures. There were sweets, water, coffee, and slippers for guests. And also a kitchen stove plate for a cooking meal. Everything was excellent, thank you! 👍🙂

Great accommodation in a beautiful location at a great price

Nice and rustical place, had everything one needed, very nice that complemdntary water, small cakes and apple jam was offered.

Old house in the oldtown of Kuldīga. We stayed one night, everything was fine.

“Visiting grandma in countryside”

The place overall was very cosy and we got good night sleep as everything was quiet and overall feeling was “visiting grandma in the countryside”. Cookies with gem and some candies waiting us on the dinner table just amplified that feeling. We really enjoyed the bath. Big bonus was all the small details thought about - like having shewing and basic hygiene packages, all kind of bottle openers and even slippers. All the communication with the staff was excellent. We were able to take our dog with us.

The location is excellent – Ādatu Fabrika and everything else you might need are within easy reach. In Kuldīga, everything is at most a 15-minute walk away. The place is clean and relatively quiet (there is occasional traffic noise, but it was very quiet at night). Friendly staff. Free water, slippers, and other amenities usually found in luxury hotels. There were candies and cookies waiting on the table – I didn’t eat them, but it was a very pleasant and warm surprise.

Love to return and return to this place. It's always surprises me in good way with those small things and lovely gestures. We had cookies and apple marmalade and sweets with a view to Kuldīga famous landmarks. As well as indoor slippers to feel more comfortable. Everything there is just to feel more comfortable and feel more welcomed. The apartment is in a historical building. Furniture there is to complement this nice look. Really love this place. Hopefully, I will return again.

perfect location - quite, with parking place. At the downstairs is located candy shop :) Old charming building with original wood floor. Apple jam with snack on the table were expected us - it makes me smile :) My son likes big corner bath. Bottled water was available for free.

Walking distance to everything I wanted to see around town. Nice apartment, well equipped. Wooden floors! A cozy place to stay on a rainy day.

The apartment was in a great location. Not far from the bus station and a short pleasant walk from the centre of the Old Town. Only about 15 mins to the beautiful bridge and waterfall. The host was very receptive with communication. There were biscuits and toffee/fudge in a little dish for me on arrival. Best of all, there was a small jar of the most delicious apple sauce on the table. I bought some lovely bread and had it for breakfast and snacks! It was much appreciated. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very spacious. Everyone I met was so friendly - even the cats! It was my favourite place I’ve stayed on my trip to the Baltics so far. Kuldīga is such a lovely place and I really relaxed and rested after the busy cities.
