I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the homestay during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioner in the master bedroom is not functioning properly and is not cold. I have already raised this issue via WhatsApp, but although the message has been read, there has been no reply or action taken. Additionally, the TV channels provided are almost entirely in Chinese, and most of the remote controls have Chinese wording, making it difficult to use. The TV in the master bedroom is also not working at all. Furthermore, the apartment is not well maintained. The main entrance grill cannot be locked, which raises serious safety concerns. Only one access card was provided, which is inconvenient for guests. Overall, the condition and service provided do not meet reasonable expectations. I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve these issues

The house is fully furnished. The house is clean,clear instructions given by the host on how to check-in to the house,the host is also very friendly & helpful. Easy access to the convenience store,the IOI mall is just next door.
