Overview
The "Goldener Löwe" (“Golden Lion”) is situated in the centre of Kufstein, directly opposite the fortress, the symbol of the town, and only a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The Lion Relax Area with a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and a gym can be accessed for free. All rooms are comfortably furnished and come with free WiFi. Our cuisine caters for all tastes. A varied breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning. Half-board guests are offered meals with a choice of dishes. There is also an elevator taking you up to your room.

“Good for a short stay.”
Dinner and breakfast were very good and we appreciated that the staff were ready to wait for us with it. The reception offers the "Kufsteiner Card", which is good, for example, for free entrance to the castle. Overall, it was a nice stopover on our way to Italy

The Hotel is wonderful location and the staff are impeccable in every way and total quality in every way to assist whenever possible.In Kufstein this is the only hotel as it satisfies every possible need Staff Alexandra Heidi and all other staff amazing

“Recommended”
Very good sauna, spacious room, perfect location in the city centre close to the railway centre, and the personell was very helpful, for example with serving breakfast.

There were no rails or hooks in bath room for towels. No plug in basin. Breakfast was fairly disorganized. Service sluggish. Service area too narrow to cope with number of people. Food was not always replenished. Location excellent.
