“GAVE US THE WRONG BOOKED ROOM AND YET, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM STILL OPEN!”
Booked top room with a hall but when arrive , they told us the room has been booked by other poeple. Then why did u open the availablity of the room then ?? then they gave us the tiny room with crowded 4 double beds ! i booked with 9 people n still has the nerve to ask more money ! you got us small crowded room ! its not we add more people , we were the same amount of the original booked . wont book here again .
