Everything was good, except for the ceiling -fan at the hall is not functioning/moving at all. I did inform the property owner/manager about this, but he just simply said that " Oh, kipas hall memang rosak". Yes, there's an air-cond at the hall, but not everyone likes to be in air-conditioned hall all the time, while there was a ceiling-fan that was not functioning. Make sense laa. Panggil la technian/wiring ka repair it before you advertise your property again.
