“Awesome”
The house is amazingly clean and smell fresh. Bed and pillow are comfortable . View is stunning. Had breakfast and tea at the balcony .... felt so relaxing. Restaurants are just a stone throw away. So do the grocers. Can reach there by walking.

Excellent location - just next to a very clean beach, lots of eateries within walking distance and only 20 minutes drive to kuantan city center. Awesome ocean view from the balcony. The unit also very clean and well equipped. Just nice for us 2 adults and 3 kids.

“Awesome View From Balcony”
Comfortable 3N stay in apartment. Clear instructions pertaining to check-in, parking etc. by host via watsapp a day before. We both had a good sleep after a long drive and apartment is clean and that’s a plus point. View from balcony is amazing which I love to have my coffee every morning. Lots of eateries around the premises and beach is just a stones throw away. ATV and horse riding activity is another plus point by the beach. Having Netflix in room is just great to catch up on late night movies with my spouse. Well guarded and gated as everywhere you need to enter using an excess pass.

The unit is very comfortable with everything some TV channels,Netflix and etc.The hosts puts emphasis on little things that make the unit more special than the others in Timur Bay that Iv stayed in before.The sea view is also a plus point.Definitely worth recommending to others.

The unit is thoroughly equipped for a family with kids. The owner dedicated almost everything i needed for my short vacay in Balok. We really love staying at Timurbay, and this is the BEST unit we had over these few years coming here. Thank you owner for your generosity.
