Clean, comfortable, new house unit, near to shopping mall. Comfortable for 5 adults

1. House was clean 2. Bed was comfortable 3. Water dispenser had all 3 (hot ,room and cold) 4. Toilet waa clean 5. Host, en sharil was very kind and helpful 6. The access to light food (like maggi cup) was available with a fee (payment thru qr code). I thought this was a brilliant idea. 7. 2 parking lots provided 8. Walking distance to KTCC mall, the drawbridge and Mayang Mall.

Really enjoyed staying here. The place was very comfortable and the facilities were complete. They also provided a Coway water machine which was very convenient since we didn’t have to buy mineral water. The check-in process was quite easy, we just followed the instructions given by the house manager. Compared to other homestays I’ve stayed at in the same apartment, this one was easier to check in. The location is also good, close to food places and a shopping mall. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

The property was really clean. The location was niceee, walking distance to ktcc mall and mayang mall. Other than that its walking distance to a few eateries.

A spacious and cosy unit in high level facing The Drawbridge and The Town. There is 3 bedrooms with airconds and the beds are very comfortable. Bonus would be the water dispenser (Coway) available in the kitchen and you can also buy some snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. The key collection is very smooth and clear (Owner will send a clear instruction prior). There is car parking available for the unit.
