“I'm coming back again.”
Location was perfect, especially with the monorail station close by and easy to find Grab in Chow Kit area. The staff were really friendly and chatty plus they provided good recommendations for places to go.

“Excellent Hotel in a great location”
Chow Kit made us feel welcome from the moment our taxi arrived. The staff were efficient and friendly. the rooms were comfortable and very quiet. We had an excellent stay with Chow Kit Hotel.

“Great location, decent hotel. Nice vibe but could be improved.”
The best part of this hotel was the location. I preferred staying in Chow Kit over Bukit Bintang as it was quieter, more artsy and close to really good restaurant options (10 min walk away). The coffee was the best we had in Malaysia and staff were friendly. It was fairly clean, bed and AC were good and we had a water dispenser right next to our room.

“Comfortable and spacious in a good location”
Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The room was so quiet, I couldn't hear anything from outside despite facing the road. The shower was big and very nice. The staff were very friendly. The room/suite was very big and I had so much space to myself I didn't know what to do with it all. The black out blinds and curtains made it very easy to sleep.

“Excellent”
The Chow Kit - Ormond Hotel has the personality, the room was comfy and secure. It made me experience an architecture of a by gone era. While the location is also in good area near the established malls like Quill and other hotels like Sheraton in the area.
