“A comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic Bukit Bintang location”
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and within walking distance of many shopping, dining and tourist attractions. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the service throughout our stay was pleasant. Breakfast also offered a good variety of options and was an enjoyable start to the day.

Almost everything, except my toilet wasn't flashing on the day I checked in but was temporarily dealt with in the night and permanently the next day. Good job

“Our go to hotel when in KL”
The staff were generally helpful and respectful. From front office staff, the bell boy, room attendant are always greeting with a smile. Special mention to the security guard at the entrance during our stay. He gives us a warm feeling with his sincere and heartfelt greetings during our stay. Made us feel welcomed. The location is ideal as its in the centre of bukit bintang. Monorail is just in front. The room is spacious and well appointed. This is our 5th stay at Melia.

“Easy access to Bukit Bintang and Public Transport, breakfast is great and book for Level Room”
We stayed at the Level Room, view is amazing, quiet, spacious, comfy bed, everything is fully function, we had complementary benefit to enjoy drinks and snacks at the Level Lounge. Breakfast was superb with many options.

“It’s was good and pleasent stay. Basic thing of a hotel is well managed like room and staff are good”
Staffs were very kind and helpful. Rooms were not smelly. It was clean and housekeeping was responsive and well mannered. Did good job. On the con side washroom lock was broken and doors of the room wasn’t smooth. Also gym equipments can be well sanitised. Other than this it’s a very good value for money specially staffs are very helpful.
